
Bolfar(Beijing) International Mining Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, with its primary responsibilities including: promoting overseas high-quality mineral resources to leading domestic mining enterprises, private mining companies, funds, and private investment firms, facilitating equity investments, partial investments, acquisitions, and mergers in the mining sector. It also introduces domestic EPC contractors to overseas high-quality mines, recommends domestic mining engineering machinery and equipment to foreign mine owners, and imports various types of ores for domestic high-quality mine owners. Over the past seven years, it has successfully helped overseas mine owners secure domestic investors and buyers. Beifaa Beijing has become one of the largest mineral investment and trading platforms in China.
The Africa Mining Fund was established in 2012 and is registered in Luxembourg. Its founding members include Rudolph De Bruin, a seasoned lawyer and mining M&A expert; geologist David Twist; and banker Carlo Baravalle. With approval from the United Nations Foundation and the African Union Foundation, the fund has raised a total of $1 billion. It primarily invests in early-stage high-quality mineral exploration, mining, and production in Southern Africa and other African regions. The Africa Mining Fund is dedicated to investing in the world's largest mineral resources and early-stage high-grade deposits, which, after exploration, feasibility studies, and rational mining production, become the most cost-effective and high-quality mineral commodities.
After obtaining the exploration and feasibility study reports, the Africa Mining Fund has three solutions.
The mineral-producing country has a large market for mineral products. The Africa Mining Foundation invests in extraction and production, with products sold locally.

Over the past 15 years, the African Mining Fund has explored, mined, and produced various minerals such as gold, copper, nickel, vanadium-titanium magnetite, bauxite, zircon, monazite, potash, and phosphate in countries including South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Guinea, and Madagascar. Some mineral rights have been sold, some mines have been divested, and others are currently seeking investors or buyers.
Bolfar (Beijing) International Trading Co., Ltd. is the exclusive partner of the Africa Mining Fund in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). It is responsible for identifying investors, acquirers, EPC or EPC+F partners, and recommending large-scale AI and high-tech mining equipment in the Greater China region.
