On March 16, Yuan Silang, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Minmetals 22nd Metallurgical Group Co., met with Rudolf, founder and chairman of the African Mining Fund, and his delegation in Tangshan.

Chairman Yuan briefly introduced the basic situation of 22 Metallurgical.
